About TicketNetwork
TicketNetwork is an online ticket marketplace run by TicketNetwork, Inc., a ticketing technology company founded in 2002 and based in South Windsor, Connecticut. As well as its own consumer site, the company runs a large ticket exchange and point-of-sale software used by ticket brokers, and powers a network of other resale websites.
The site lists tickets for concerts, sports, theatre and festivals, with a strong focus on the US: NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and MLS games, Broadway shows and big arena tours, and venues such as Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall. It says it connects buyers to more than 150,000 events worldwide. Tickets are listed by professional ticket sellers and brokers rather than by the venue, so prices are set by the seller and the site warns that resale prices may be above face value.
Every order is covered by TicketNetwork's 100% money-back guarantee: tickets should be valid for entry, be the seats you ordered or comparable ones, and arrive before the event. If an event is permanently cancelled you get a refund excluding delivery fees. Prices are in US dollars. Customer service is by email and a US phone line open seven days a week.
