About COUTR
COUTR is an online luxury fashion marketplace run by Couture Fashion Group Corporation from Irvine, California. It sells designer clothing, handbags, shoes, sunglasses and fragrance from labels such as Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Saint Laurent, Moncler, Ganni and Isabel Marant, alongside sportier names like Asics, Saucony and Barbour.
COUTR doesn't keep its own warehouse. It sources stock from a network of boutiques in Europe, which it says are authorised retailers, and each order ships directly from whichever boutique has the item. COUTR is the seller of record, sets the prices and handles customer service and returns. Because each item comes from a separate boutique, a multi-item order can arrive in several parcels, and the shipping label will show the boutique's name.
UK visitors see prices in pounds, but the shipping rules are set in US dollars: delivery is free on orders of $750 or more, with a $35 fee below that. Prices don't include import duties, which the courier may collect on delivery. Returns must be requested within 14 days through COUTR's returns portal, and a $30 label fee per item is taken from the refund unless the item was wrong or faulty.
