About Ticombo
Ticombo is an online ticket marketplace run by Ticombo GmbH in Berlin, where fans, resellers, official sellers and some event organisers list tickets for concerts, festivals, F1, football, rugby, golf and other live events around the world. It received a Seal of Excellence from the European Commission in 2017, and lists offices in Berlin, London, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Dubai, Mexico City and Delaware.
For UK buyers it covers events such as the Six Nations at Twickenham, gigs at Eventim Apollo and OVO Arena Wembley, and festivals like Latitude, alongside big trips abroad such as the Monaco Grand Prix or the 2027 Ryder Cup. Prices are shown in euros by default, there's a currency selector, and tickets come as e-tickets, mobile links, PKPASS files or tracked post depending on the listing. Because it is a resale marketplace, prices are set by sellers and are often above face value.
Ticombo says it verifies sellers and caps the markup on each event, and its TixProtect guarantee promises a full refund if tickets don't arrive on time, aren't as ordered, don't get you in, or the event is cancelled and not rescheduled. On some listings you can propose your own price to the seller.
Ticombo delivery and returns
| Delivery | Delivery depends on the listing: e-tickets, mobile links, PKPASS wallet tickets or tracked postal delivery. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Resale tickets aren't returnable, but TixProtect refunds 100% if tickets arrive late, differ from the order, are invalid, or the event is cancelled and not rescheduled. |

How to use a Ticombo voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open Ticombo in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on ticombo.com.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at Ticombo
- Switch the currency selector to pounds before comparing, as prices default to euros.
- Compare the listing price with the face value shown on the listing; Ticombo caps markups but resale is usually above face value.
- Where the option appears, propose your own price to the seller (the offer lasts up to 24 hours).
- Check the delivery method and in-hand date on the listing before you buy, especially for trips abroad.
