About Timarco
Timarco is an online underwear retailer that has been selling online since 1997. Its UK shop is run by Timarco LTD, a company registered in London. The parent company, Timarco Sweden AB, is based in Arlandastad near Stockholm and processes card payments. Timarco says it sends out more than 250,000 parcels a year and has about 50 staff.
The range is large. There are bras in a wide spread of sizes, including D+ cups, nursing and prosthetic bras, plus knickers, shapewear, men's boxers and briefs, socks and tights, swimwear, nightwear, loungewear, base layers and work and leisure shoes. Brands include Triumph, Sloggi, Chantelle, Fantasie, Calida, Schiesser, Mey, BOSS, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Puma, JBS and Moheda clogs. Prices are in pounds and include VAT.
UK orders go by Royal Mail, and delivery is free on orders over £64.99. The terms say orders on the UK site need a delivery address in England. You get 60 days to return unworn items with their labels on, exchanges are free, and a £3.95 fee comes off refunds. For hygiene reasons, underwear must only have been tried on over your own, and swimwear briefs must have the hygiene seal intact.
