Timarco is an online underwear shop that has been trading since 1997. It started in Sweden, where its parent company is still based, and runs its UK site through Timarco LTD in London, with prices in pounds including VAT. The range is enormous: bras in a wide spread of sizes (including D+ cups, nursing and prosthetic bras), knickers, shapewear, men's boxers and briefs, socks, swimwear, nightwear and even work shoes and clogs. If you like stocking up on reliable basics from names such as Triumph, Sloggi, Chantelle, Schiesser, BOSS and Nike, it's worth a browse.

Timarco says it sends out more than 250,000 parcels a year and has about 50 staff. The site is easy to filter by category, size, colour, brand and material, which helps a lot with bras: the bestsellers list alone runs from 30A to 46G. Beyond underwear, there are pyjamas and robes, loungewear, thermal base layers, hats and gloves for winter, and a small range of shoe care and foot care.

Orders go out by Royal Mail, Monday to Saturday, and you can manage delivery through Royal Mail's tracking updates. One thing to check before ordering: the UK terms say the site only takes orders for delivery addresses in England. Customer service is by email or live chat on weekday mornings.

What's worth a look

These all come from Timarco's bestsellers list and show the spread of the range.

For everyday comfort, the Sloggi Double Comfort Top is a simple non-wired bra top at £19. For something smarter, the Chantelle Origins Lace Lightweight Plunge Bra is £92 and comes in a wide range of sizes. Men's multipacks are a strong point too, and it's a little unusual to find Swedish Moheda wooden clogs in an underwear shop.

• Some JBS basics, such as T-shirts, boxers and long johns, are marked 3 for 2.
• Club Timarco, the free newsletter, sends members offers and promotions.

How to save more

• Combine items to get over £64.99. Multipacks of socks or boxers are an easy way to reach free delivery.
• Check the price for your exact size and colour before checking out, because campaign discounts don't always apply to every variant.
• If something doesn't fit, choose a free exchange or a gift card. A plain refund has a £3.95 return fee deducted.
