About totes ISOTONER
totes ISOTONER is the UK subsidiary of totes»ISOTONER Corporation, the Cincinnati-based accessories company best known for its umbrellas. In the UK it has been selling through high street stores for more than 30 years, supplying retailers such as Next, John Lewis, Very, Sainsbury's, Tesco and TK Maxx, and it runs its own website from its head office and warehouse in Billericay, Essex.
The range is built around a few well-known lines: totes umbrellas, from supermini and compact folding styles to X-tra Strong and walking umbrellas; totes toasties slippers, slipper-sox and cosy accessories; and Isotoner slippers, leather and knitted gloves. There are also wellies, sandals, hats and scarves, bags, a Peppa Pig kids' range, Ben Sherman men's accessories and a gifts section with ready-made sets such as hat, scarf and glove bundles and hot water bottle and sock sets.
Standard UK delivery costs £2.95, or is free on orders of £30 and over, and next working day delivery is £6.99. Returns are free in the UK via a tracked Royal Mail label within 30 days, as long as items are unused with tags and packaging.
