TroubleBuddy is a Windows 10 and 11 desktop app that lets you describe a computer problem in everyday language, such as a slow start-up or a full disk, and then suggests fixes. It checks things like running processes, start-up programs and temporary files, and asks for your confirmation before it changes anything.
The company was set up in 2025 by a small team of engineers, and its contact page lists London as its base, with staff working remotely. The app is still in beta (version 0.8.2 at the time of writing) and new features, such as background health checks and a weekly email report, are added through regular updates. Some tools, including continuous monitoring and deeper crash-log analysis, are marked as coming soon.
Plans are priced in pounds. Basic costs £7.50 a month with 20 AI diagnoses a day, and Premium costs £12.50 a month with 100 a day plus deeper scans and automated fixes. A Pro plan for small teams is listed at £25 per user per month. For hardware faults, such as a laptop that will not charge, it offers guided checks and a route to human support rather than an automatic repair.
