Trusted Mats is an online matting shop run by Trusted Commerce Ltd from Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands. The company was set up in 2022, but the team says it draws on more than 20 years in the matting trade, and it sells to households as well as offices, schools, shops, factories, gyms and hotels.
The range is wide for such a specialist. There are indoor and outdoor door mats, coir and synthetic coir matting sold off the roll, mats for mat wells, washable and rubber mats, anti-slip mats and rug underlay, anti-fatigue mats for kitchens and standing desks, chair mats, logo mats printed with your own design, and specialist lines such as electrical safety, ground protection, stable and sticky tack mats. Many products can be cut to a custom size, and the Unicolour range comes in a long list of solid colours.
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free, with stock items usually sent by courier the next working day when ordered before 2pm. Standard off-the-shelf mats can be returned within 365 days of purchase, although custom, cut-to-size and logo mats are excluded from change-of-mind returns. If you're unsure what you need, the team takes calls on weekdays and will suggest products for a particular floor or entrance.
| Delivery | Free delivery to UK mainland addresses; stock items ordered before 2pm usually ship by courier the next working day. Next-working-day delivery can sometimes be arranged by phone for about £12.50 + VAT, and Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, other islands, Ireland and some EU countries cost extra. |
