About UNice
UNice is a hair brand that has been selling online since 2015, best known for its human hair wigs aimed at beginners as well as regular wig wearers. Its site points to coverage in magazines such as ELLE, Allure and Glamour, and it runs its own shopping app. Customer support is handled by email and US phone lines, and UNice also lists partner retail stores through a store locator.
The range centres on wigs made from 100% human hair, which UNice grades as 12A and says contains no synthetic blends or animal hair. There are glueless lace wigs, Wear and Go and put-on-and-go styles designed to be worn straight out of the box, Bye Bye Knots lace wigs, and textures from straight and body wave to water wave and curly. It also sells hair bundles, lace closures and frontals, accessories and tools, with hair extensions sold through its sister brand Velvet Hair.
UNice ships worldwide, including to the UK, with prices shown in US dollars. Standard shipping is free and international orders are sent from China by carriers such as DHL, UPS and TNT, taking around 5 to 7 business days. UK buyers may have to pay import VAT or duty on arrival. Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused wigs with tags and packaging intact, but free return labels are only offered in the US, so international customers need to contact support first.
