About WAU
WAU sells its own range of electric beauty and grooming devices through its online shop. The catalogue is split into face care, body care, hair care, oral care and shavers, with accessories such as replacement heads, blades and nozzles, plus a page of bundled sets.
The brand describes itself as South Korean in origin, with products made in South Korea and China and a business office in Auckland, New Zealand, where the trading company, WAU Global Limited, gives its address. The shop is available in more than 20 languages and ships to most countries.
UK shoppers can switch the store to United Kingdom, which shows prices in pounds with tax included. Orders usually leave within 1 to 2 business days and international delivery is quoted at 7 to 14 business days, with tracking on every order. Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, by emailing the support team.

Ways to save at WAU
- Switch the country selector to United Kingdom so you see prices in pounds with tax included.
- Check the Discounted sets page: bundles are currently between 9% and 20% below their regular price.
- Look for the percentage badges on single devices; several are reduced by 10-19% at the moment.
- Buy replacement heads, blades and nozzles from the accessories page rather than a new device.
