Showery: Bristol shower heads for low pressure and hard water

Showery is a small, family-run brand from Bristol that sells its own shower heads online. The founders say they started it in 2018 after getting fed up with weak water pressure and hard water at home, and the range is built around those two problems: heads designed to give a stronger spray from a low-pressure supply, and heads with built-in filters or mineral beads.

It suits anyone who wants a better shower without calling a plumber. Most Showery heads screw straight onto a standard UK shower hose, and there are separate collections for electric showers, low water pressure and water saving. The shop also sells the bits around the shower: hoses, replacement filters, a suction holder bracket, mats, cleaning tools and waterproof speakers.

Delivery is free and tracked on every order. UK orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours and take about 5 to 7 working days, and the shop also sends to Ireland, the EU, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If something arrives damaged, has parts missing or is the wrong item, Showery says it will send a replacement straight away without asking you to post the faulty one back. For change-of-mind returns, you contact the team within 60 days of receiving your order. The brand also plants a tree for every product sold, working with One Tree Planted.

What's worth a look

Here are six products from across the range, with the prices shown on the Showery site today.

The Halo Premium Filtered Shower Head is the top of the range, available in grey, beige or pink, with an option that adds a brush and sponge. If you just want more spray modes for less money, the 5 Mode High Pressure Shower Head starts from £37.99 depending on whether you choose a version with a Stop button.

Current offers

Almost everything on the site is shown at a sale price against a higher regular price, and the banner currently advertises savings of up to 65% while stock lasts. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with UK orders usually dispatched within 24 hours and arriving in about 5 to 7 working days. Check our codes box above for anything new, and note that Showery says promotions can't usually be combined.

How to save more

• Compare a few models in Shop All before you buy: several heads with similar features sit around the £30 to £40 mark.
• If you choose a filtered head, add a pack of replacement filters to the same order so you're not caught out later.
• You have 60 days from delivery to ask for a return, but return postage is yours to pay, so check fittings and compatibility first.
