Addison Ross is a family-owned homeware and gift brand run by David and Sarah Ross. It traces its roots to 1978 and a gallery in the Scottish Borders, followed by the Addison Ross Gallery in Belgravia's Eaton Terrace, where it began making handmade frames for West End galleries and interior designers. Its first marquetry and veneer photo frames followed in the early 1990s. The business, Addison Ross Ltd, is now based in the Cheviot Hills of Northumberland, with its registered office in Berwick-upon-Tweed and a warehouse in Wooler, and it has a shop at 165 Draycott Avenue in Chelsea, London.
The range is colourful, giftable homeware. There are photo frames in enamel and silver, lacquer, wood, leather and acrylic, and a free Print & Fit service that prints your photo, fits it in the frame and gift boxes it. Lacquered Bobbin salt and pepper mills come in dozens of colours, alongside rechargeable Bobbin and scalloped table lamps with shades, lacquered trays, cutlery, placemats, candles, backgammon sets and barware, plus collaborations with Sophie Paterson and India Hicks.
UK orders go by DPD on a next-day service, and the brand also ships to the EU, the US and much of the world. Products come with a lifetime guarantee and a 90-day returns policy, and there are separate trade accounts for interior designers and retailers.
