About ALDO
ALDO is a shoe and accessories brand founded by Aldo Bensadoun in Montreal in 1972. It started as a concession in a local department store, where its first shoe, the Frida clog, did well enough to open a standalone shop on Rue Sainte-Catherine. Today the ALDO Group says it has stores in more than 100 countries. The UK website is run by LM Brands UK Ltd in London, which manages the site under an agreement with ALDO's brand owner.
The UK store sells women's heels, boots, loafers, flats, trainers and sandals, men's smart shoes, boots, loafers and trainers, plus handbags, wallets, jewellery, sunglasses, belts and shoe care. Many styles use ALDO's Pillow Walk cushioning, and the brand's Stessy heels have been worn by several celebrities. There are UK shops on Oxford Street, in Bluewater, Westfield Stratford, Westfield Shepherd's Bush and Bromley, and online orders can be returned to a store free.
Delivery is free on orders over £100; below that it costs £3.45 to an Evri pick-up point or £4.95 to your home, and next working day delivery is £6.95. Online returns are accepted within 14 days: posting them back costs £3.95 for a refund to your card, but returns for store credit and exchanges are free. There are student, key worker, disability, youth and senior discounts through GoCertify, and an app with its own deals.

We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order. Minimum £25; anything under that rolls over to the next quarter.
