About ARTdiscount
ARTdiscount is a UK online art supplies shop. Its roots go back to Granthams, a sign-making business founded in Blackpool in 1890 that later moved into graphics materials, and the ARTdiscount website itself launched in 2001 under the third generation of the family. The shop now trades as part of Jackson's Art Supplies Ltd, the London-based art materials retailer, and the history page says orders are fulfilled from Blackpool.
The range covers watercolour, acrylic, oil, gouache and spray paints, brushes, stretched canvas, easels, paper and sketchbooks, pastels, inks and drawing materials. Brands include Winsor & Newton, Daler-Rowney, Liquitex, Caran d'Ache, Faber-Castell, Strathmore, Gamblin and HIMI, and many lines are shown with a crossed-out price alongside the current one.
Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £50, with Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx options and next-day services for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays. Returns are accepted within 60 days, with a full refund in the first 30 days and store credit after that. The shop also runs a price match promise against UK websites and has a student discount page.

How to use an ARTdiscount voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open ARTdiscount in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on artdiscount.co.uk.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at ARTdiscount
- Spend £50 or more to get free DPD or FedEx standard delivery to the UK mainland.
- Check the Clearance section first: sets from Daler-Rowney, Strathmore and Winsor & Newton are currently below their crossed-out prices.
- Found the same item cheaper on another UK site? Phone before ordering to ask for a price match.
- Aerosols and bladed items can't go by Royal Mail, so expect a courier charge on those orders.

How do I contact ARTdiscount customer service?
Call 020 7362 6700 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm). Or use the help centre on the ARTdiscount website.
Can I use more than one ARTdiscount discount code?
Usually not: most stores, including ARTdiscount, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.
Does ARTdiscount offer a first-order discount?
We don't have a first-order code for ARTdiscount right now. Sign up for alerts and we'll email you if one lands.
Can I use an ARTdiscount discount code on sale items?
It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Can I combine the ARTdiscount student discount with other offers?
Usually not with another discount code, as most stores take one code per order. Student discount often still applies to sale prices and alongside free-delivery deals, so check the terms of the student offer.
Why didn't my ARTdiscount code work?
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Are these ARTdiscount codes verified?
Codes marked Verified have passed our check, with the date and time shown on the code. We use AI to validate that codes actually work. Codes without the badge come from ARTdiscount itself or its affiliate programme but haven't been verified yet.
Does Voucher Magpie donate to charity?
Yes. When you buy from ARTdiscount through our links, ARTdiscount pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity you choose. We donate once ARTdiscount confirms the sale, usually 30 to 90 days later, and pay charities once a year.
Does using Voucher Magpie cost more?
No. You pay ARTdiscount's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by ARTdiscount or its affiliate network, not by you.
How do I use an ARTdiscount discount code?
Tap Get code and we copy it for you. Add your items to the basket on the ARTdiscount website, then paste the code into the discount or promo code box at checkout.
