About Babouche! Golf
Babouche! Golf is a small British golf accessories brand founded by David Long. The idea came on a family holiday to Marrakech in late 2017, where a local leather maker called Khalid joked that David wanted 'leather slippers for golf clubs', and babouche is the Moroccan word for slippers. The first range of handmade leather head covers launched in spring 2018. Production has since moved to the brand's own workshop in Hampshire, and golf towels were added in 2019. Babouche! Golf is a trading name of David Long Marketing Limited.
The range centres on head covers for drivers, fairway woods and hybrids, plus blade and mallet putter covers. Designs include country flags (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Union Jack and many others), sugar skull, botanic, camo and striped patterns, and quilted covers with optional monogram initials. There's a custom service for club, society and corporate logos, alongside golf towels, the Golf Swing Alignment Towel training aid, alignment stick covers, valuables pouches, water bottles and gift cards.
