Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Balance deal here comes from Balance itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Balance may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Balance
Balance is the trading name of Balance Leisure Fitness Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland and based at City Business Park in Dunmurry, Belfast. It says it has been selling gym equipment since 2003. It's the official distributor of StairMaster, Schwinn and Nautilus, and also sells Star Trac, Physical and RDX products. The old balanceleisure.com address now redirects to its current site, balancefitout.com.
Much of its work is commercial. It designs and fits out gyms for leisure centres, councils, hotel groups and the Irish Defence Forces, sells cardio and strength machines with commercial warranties, and services equipment from several brands. The online shop is also open to home buyers, with strength machines, racks and rigs, free weights, cardio equipment, indoor bikes, Pilates and yoga kit, and boxing gear such as punch bags and gloves.
A 'Getting Started' range bundles popular items into packs, such as kettlebell, dumbbell, yoga and aerobic packs, often at a lower price than buying the parts separately. Prices are shown in pounds for the UK and euros for Ireland. Delivery is free over £50, and orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Large items arrive on a pallet and are delivered kerbside, and installation is arranged separately.
Balance delivery and returns
| Delivery | Delivery is free on orders over £50 (€50), and smaller orders pay a flat £4.95 or £5.95. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and parcels take 3–6 business days. Pallet deliveries are kerbside. The Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Orkney and Isle of Man cost extra, and installation isn't included. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with a receipt, and you pay the return postage. Sale items can't be refunded. A 10% restocking fee applies outside the 14 days or without the original packaging, and customised items can only be returned if faulty. |
