About bOnline
bOnline is a London telecoms provider for small businesses, run by bOnline Ltd, which was incorporated in July 2011 and is based at Grosvenor Gardens in Victoria. It sells cloud-based VoIP phone systems, business broadband and fibre bundles, and says it serves around 50,000 UK small businesses.
The phone plans start with Starter, a digital number with unlimited inbound calls and 100 outbound landline minutes, then step up to Unlimited Calling, a version with a cordless Wi-Fi handset, and an AI plan that records, transcribes and summarises calls. Calls work through mobile and desktop apps or a desk phone, and there are features such as business hours, call divert, queues, hold music, call flows and CRM integrations. Connectivity runs from 5G business broadband to full-fibre bundles of up to 1000Mbps with unlimited UK calls.
Prices are quoted per user or per month plus VAT, with 12, 24 or 36-month terms depending on the plan. There's a free trial with no card needed, a price match promise, help with exit fees if you're leaving another provider, and a refer-a-friend scheme. With the UK landline switch-off due by 2027, it pitches VoIP as a simple way for small firms to move off old copper lines.
