About Candles Direct
Candles Direct is a specialist candle retailer based in Belfast that sells online to the UK, Ireland and much of Europe. The bulk of the range is Yankee Candle, from the classic large and medium jars to Signature tumblers, votives, wax melts, reed diffusers, ScentPlug refills and car jars, with a strong WoodWick selection alongside, plus P.F. Candle Co. and Wax Lyrical.
The company says it has a 30-year retailing history and describes itself as one of the largest candle retailers in the UK. Prices are in pounds, most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and there's a points-based loyalty scheme that rewards purchases over £1. Gift sets, advent calendars and Christmas fragrances get their own sections in the autumn.
Its sale section is the place to start. When we looked, many Yankee Candle large jars were reduced from £29.99 to £23.99, some seasonal scents and gift sets were half price, and WoodWick large jars were discounted too. Returns are accepted within 30 days on full-price items in their original condition, but sale items can't be returned.
Candles Direct delivery and returns
| Delivery | Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL; the shipping table lists UK delivery at £3.95 on orders up to £30, £4.95 above that, or £9.95 for DHL Express. |

| Returns | 30 days to request a return on unused items in original packaging; sale items and gift cards can't be returned. |

How to use a Candles Direct voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open Candles Direct in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on candlesdirect.com.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at Candles Direct
- Check the sale and Last Chance sections first: large jars are often well below the £29.99 regular price.
- Sign up to the newsletter for 10% off your first order.
- Sale items can't be returned, so check the scent and size before buying reduced stock.
- Log in when you buy so your loyalty points are added to your account.
