The company was incorporated in July 2016 and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 753785. It works with homeowners across the UK by phone, video call and email.
The main focus is remortgaging and product transfers for people coming to the end of a fixed or tracker deal, but advisers also arrange mortgages for first-time buyers, home movers and landlords. The firm describes itself as whole-of-market and says it compares deals from more than 90 lenders. Customers create an online account, enter their current lender, rate and deal end date, and an adviser gets in touch when there may be options worth discussing.
There is no broker fee to pay. The firm is paid a commission by the lender when a mortgage completes and shares part of that with the customer as cashback: up to £1,500 on eligible remortgages or up to £750 on eligible product transfers, depending on loan size and conditions confirmed in writing. Lender, valuation and legal costs may still apply. Most buy-to-let mortgages are not regulated by the FCA. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
