About Cohorted
Cohorted is a UK beauty box company that launched in 2016. Rather than selling individual products, it puts together boxes of skincare, makeup, haircare and fragrance from prestige and up-and-coming brands, and says it focuses on full-size products rather than sachets and samples. The site trades as Cohorted Beauty, and its privacy policy names Europe-Worldwide Limited in London as the business behind it.
There are three main ways to buy. The Cohorted Subscription Beauty Box costs £39.99 a month, renews automatically and arrives between the 1st and 15th of each month; it can be cancelled from your account, but there's no option to skip or pause a month. Mystery Beauty Boxes are one-off surprise selections, and Limited Edition boxes are themed around a single brand or edit, such as Pat McGrath Labs, KVD Beauty or Christophe Robin, with the contents and their retail values listed on each product page. There are also small letterbox gifts, seasonal advent calendars and gift cards.
UK orders go out via a third-party warehouse and usually take 1 to 5 working days, with free UK shipping on orders over £50. Cohorted ships internationally too, though perfumes and aerosols can't be sent abroad. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in their original packaging, but opened beauty products, sale items and gift cards can't be returned, and the customer pays return postage unless an item is faulty.
