About DeerRun
DeerRun makes home cardio equipment, chiefly compact treadmills and under-desk walking pads, plus exercise bikes, a rowing machine and a folding strength station. Its UK site groups the treadmills into series: Sleek for quiet daily walking, Flex for walk-to-run machines, Apex for faster running with steeper auto incline, and Velix for bikes.
Many machines connect to the PitPat app for tracking workouts and joining challenges. The UK operation lists an office in Colnbrook near Slough and a warehouse in Oldbury in the West Midlands, where orders can also be collected for free.
Treadmills ship from the UK warehouse, usually within 3-7 business days, with paid faster options in Greater London and the West Midlands. Most models come with a one-year warranty, rising to two years on the A1 Pro and X20. Payment options include PayPal and Klarna, and a rewards scheme gives points on every pound spent. Live chat runs around the clock, with phone support seven days a week.
