About e-SIM Life
e-SIM Life sells travel eSIMs: prepaid data plans that you download to your phone instead of buying a physical SIM card abroad. It is a trading name of Elite Mobile Limited, a mobile accessories and wholesale business registered in England and Wales in 1994, with its registered office on the Wembley Stadium Industrial Estate in north-west London.
You choose a destination or region, buy a plan, and scan the QR code sent by email to add it to an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone, tablet or smartwatch. e-SIM Life says its plans work in more than 200 countries. As well as fixed data bundles there are two daily plans: Unlimited Lite gives 1GB of high-speed data every 24 hours, then slows to 512kbps, and Unlimited Plus gives 2GB a day, then slows to 2Mbps. Most plans are data only, and you can top up from the My eSIM page or the e-SIM Life app.
Plans are contract-free. Under its terms you can cancel within 14 days of purchase as long as the eSIM hasn't been registered on a network, but once it's activated there's no refund, and unused plans expire if they aren't activated within 12 months. Payment is by card or through Superpayments.
