Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Elesi deal here comes from Elesi itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Elesi may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Elesi
Elesi is an online electrical and lighting shop run by Elesi Limited, a company set up in 2017 and based at Par in Cornwall. It shares its address with Soho Electrical Group, and much of what it sells comes from the Soho Lighting Company range, alongside Elesi's own products and a few other brands.
The biggest section is decorative sockets and switches: plug sockets, USB and USB-C sockets, light switches, dimmers, cooker switches and TV points in finishes from polished chrome and brushed brass to black nickel, antique copper and paintable plates, plus samples. There are also LED bulbs sorted by fitting, shape and colour temperature, including vintage Edison filament bulbs, and pendant lights, wall lights, bathroom and outdoor lighting. A trade and wholesale account is available for electricians and developers.
Delivery is free on UK orders over £30, with next-working-day delivery for £6.50 or free over £100; overseas orders are taken by phone. You get 28 days to return unused items after getting a returns number, and the Sale section has hundreds of reduced lines, shown against the RRP. Like most switches and sockets, they need fitting by a qualified electrician.
Elesi delivery and returns
| Delivery | Free UK standard delivery on orders over £30 (£3.99 below). Next working day £6.50, free over £100; Saturday £13.99 (£9.99 over £100). Order by 4pm for same-day dispatch. Overseas and Northern Ireland orders by phone. |
|---|---|
| Returns | 28-day change-of-mind returns from the day after dispatch, unused and in original packaging, with a returns authorisation (RMA). Returns are at your cost unless faulty. |

How do I contact Elesi customer service?
Call 01752 279954 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Or use the help centre on the Elesi website.
Can I use more than one Elesi discount code?
Usually not: most stores, including Elesi, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.

Can I use an Elesi discount code on sale items?
It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Why didn't my Elesi code work?
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Are these Elesi codes verified?
Every Elesi code here comes from Elesi itself: its own daily feed through its official affiliate programme, or its own website. Each offer shows when we last checked it.
Does Voucher Magpie donate to charity?
Yes. When you buy from Elesi through our links, Elesi pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order. Minimum £25; anything under that rolls over to the next quarter.
Does using Voucher Magpie cost more?
No. You pay Elesi's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by Elesi or its affiliate network, not by you.
