Flow Kayaks is a paddlesports retailer based at Holme Pierrepont Country Park in West Bridgford, Nottingham, beside the white water course. It was founded in early 2018 by Jake Boswell, a former white water raft guide who competed internationally in freestyle kayaking, after he noticed how hard it was to find a good range of paddlesports kit in the Midlands. It started as a small distribution business and now runs a showroom and online shop, and still supplies brands such as Prijon, Select and ZET to other retailers in the UK and Ireland.
The range covers whitewater, touring, sea, sit-on-top, freestyle, polo, inflatable and kids' kayaks, plus canoes and stand-up paddleboards. Kit includes paddles, buoyancy aids, helmets, spraydecks, drysuits, cags, base layers and neoprene from brands such as Pyranha, Palm, Peak PS, NRS and Astral.
Kayaks and canoes are hand-delivered free in England and Wales by the shop's own vans, usually within seven days. Kit ships free with tracking on orders over £50, and you can collect from the Nottingham shop, usually within an hour of ordering. The shop also has a fleet of demo boats and paddles you can try before buying, and offers club and trade discounts on volume orders.
| Delivery | Royal Mail Tracked 48 is usually free on kit orders over £50, with next-day available for a fee; kayaks and canoes are hand-delivered free in England and Wales (£95 to mainland Scotland and Northern Ireland). |

| Returns | Unused items in resaleable condition can be returned within 60 days via the online returns portal for an exchange, store credit or refund; clearance and special-order items are excluded unless faulty. |
