About Happy Days Factory
Happy Days Factory is an online florist based in West Drayton, west London. It says it is independent and fulfils every order itself, not through a florist network. Deliveries go by Royal Mail Tracked 24 to UK addresses, BFPO and the Channel Islands.
The range is mostly hand-tied bouquets of roses, lilies, carnations and mixed seasonal flowers, many offered in a standard and a larger size. Some come with a 'Love You', 'Birthday' or 'Congratulations' balloon. There are also add-on gifts such as boxed chocolates, teddies, mugs, personalised greeting cards and miniature bottles of prosecco or wine paired with chocolates.
Orders placed by 16:45 on a weekday are usually delivered within one to two working days, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery and tracking charges are added at checkout. Flowers are perishable, so problems need to be reported within two days with a photo. Check delivery and returns terms before ordering.
