Highland Broadband is a Scottish broadband provider that builds and runs its own full-fibre network in rural towns and villages. It currently covers parts of Argyll, Fife, the Highlands, the Lothians, Moray and Stirlingshire, and a postcode checker on its website shows whether a home can be connected.
The company started in 2015 as Lothian Broadband, offering fixed wireless broadband in the Lothians, and took over Highland Wireless in 2020 as it moved further north. It now builds fibre-only connections without copper, describes its work as closing the gap between rural and urban broadband, and uses the government's Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme to help fund connections. Its head office is in Edinburgh.
Home packages offer the same upload and download speeds, from 150Mbps to 5Gbps, with unlimited data, a Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 router and installation included. The two faster plans add a whole-home Wi-Fi guarantee, parental controls and cyber security. A home phone add-on with unlimited UK calls costs £10 a month, and there is a 100Mbps social tariff for people on means-tested benefits. Prices rise by £4 each April from 2027.

Usually not: most stores, including Highland Broadband, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.

Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Tap Get code and we copy it for you. Add your items to the basket on the Highland Broadband website, then paste the code into the discount or promo code box at checkout.
