Holiday Gems is an online tour operator based at Chestergates Business Park near Chester. The company behind it, Holiday Gems Ltd, was incorporated in 2006, and the site says it is now part of the Specialist Holidays Group. It focuses on good-value sun holidays, and all bookings are made online through its website rather than over the phone.
The main destinations are the Canary Islands, mainland Spain and the Balearics, Turkey, Greece, Egypt, Portugal, Cyprus and Malta, with longer-haul options to Florida, Mexico, the Caribbean, Dubai, Goa and the Indian Ocean. You can search flight-and-hotel packages or hotel-only stays, and there are sections for all-inclusive holidays, winter sun, last-minute deals, school holidays, large families and kids-stay-free offers.
Package holidays are ATOL protected (ATOL 11461). Deposits start from £59 per person on flight-and-hotel holidays and from £10 per person on accommodation-only bookings, with the balance due later and payment plans available. Travel documents are emailed rather than posted, usually within 72 hours of booking, and changes or cancellations are requested through the Manage My Booking area.
| Delivery | Final travel documents, including the ATOL certificate for packages, are emailed and usually arrive within 72 hours of booking. Posted documents cost £15. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Amendments, name changes and cancellations are requested through Manage My Booking; cancellation charges follow the booking terms and conditions. |

Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.

Yes. When you buy from Holiday Gems through our links, Holiday Gems pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose.
