Jeulia offers a 30-day return and exchange window on unworn items, one free ring resize within 30 days, and a points-based VIP programme that gives new members £15 off a first order. Engraved, personalised and final-sale pieces cannot be refunded, so it pays to check sizes and options carefully before checkout.
