Jeulia is a jewellery brand that designs and makes its own pieces, with a studio headquartered in Hong Kong and a UK website that prices everything in pounds. Most of the range is 925 sterling silver set with lab-created or simulated stones, and many designs can be upgraded to 10K, 14K or 18K gold or moissanite to order.

It suits anyone shopping for an engagement ring, wedding band or gift who wants something a bit more distinctive than a plain solitaire without paying high-street gold prices. The style is romantic and often playful: nature-inspired rings with leaf details and moss agate, the gothic Until Death collection, cute animal pieces in the Hug Me range, and lots of personalised jewellery with engraving, birthstones or photos.

Jeulia says it uses its own lab-created Jeulia stones and recycled precious metals, and its charity jewellery gives part of each sale to selected non-profit partners, including animal and ocean charities. Gift wrap and message cards can be added at checkout for a small charge.

Everything is made to order, so each product page shows a processing time (from one to three working days for popular styles, longer for engraved pieces) before UK delivery of 7 to 10 working days on the standard service.

The Nature Inspired Oval Moss Agate Engagement Ring is a good example of Jeulia's style: a green stone and leafy band rather than a classic diamond look, at £85. For something darker, the Until Death Bat Wing Heart Photo Locket takes your own photo, though personalised pieces can't be refunded.
