Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Keen Gardener deal here comes from Keen Gardener itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Keen Gardener may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Keen Gardener
Keen Gardener is an independent online garden retailer based at Langley Barn on the Birmingham Road outside Stratford-upon-Avon. It began in March 2002, when Roy and Josephine Keen set up the business and traded online as CMS Gardens. The Pethick family took it over in 2006 and launched the Keen Gardener name in 2007. The site is now run by Sixty Stores Ltd.
The range covers most of what goes on outside the house: sheds, summerhouses, log stores and bin stores from makers such as Forest Garden, Shire, Rowlinson and Garden Village; greenhouses from Palram-Canopia and Mercia; planters, arches and arbours; garden furniture; gas and charcoal barbecues from brands including Napoleon, Beefeater, Char-Broil, Campingaz and Kamado Joe; fire pits, patio heaters and hot tubs. There are also tools, propagators, greenhouse heaters and wellies from Muck Boots and Le Chameau.
Most orders are sent straight from the supplier's warehouse, so delivery charges and lead times depend on the product and your postcode and are shown at checkout and on each product page. Many items are delivered free. The homepage carries a rolling set of reduced prices, often showing the RRP alongside the current price, and the shop runs a lowest price policy that will try to match a cheaper identical in-stock product elsewhere.
Keen Gardener delivery and returns
| Delivery | Orders ship directly from suppliers; delivery cost and lead time depend on the item and your postcode and are shown at checkout. Free delivery on many items. Remote areas and Northern Ireland pallet deliveries are restricted. |
|---|---|
| Returns | 14-day cooling-off period for unused goods in resaleable condition; tell Keen Gardener before sending anything back. You pay return costs for non-faulty items. Faulty goods are refunded or replaced within 14 days. |
Keen Gardener at a glance
| Price match | Lowest price policy: it will try to match a competitor's lower price on an identical, in-stock product, taking delivery costs into account. |
|---|---|
| Ways to pay | Card payments, plus Klarna (see its Klarna FAQ page). |
