About Life & Looks
Life & Looks is the online shop of the McKay Pharmacy Group, a Northern Ireland pharmacy business that has been serving local communities since 1976. The website launched in 2007 and is run from Westminster Avenue in Belfast. It's registered on the MHRA's online medicine seller register, and says that as an official stockist it buys only through the authorised supply chain, so products are genuine.
The range covers skincare, body care, make-up, toiletries, hair care, fragrance, health and wellness, gifts and household products. La Roche-Posay is a big part of the skincare offer, alongside L'Occitane bath and body products, Dermalogica and fragrance lines, and there's a clearance section for reduced stock. Every order comes with free samples, and the Rewards Club gives you a point (worth 10p) for each £1 you spend, which you can start using once you reach 100 points.
Prices are in pounds. UK orders placed before noon on weekdays are dispatched the same day, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 for parcels up to 3kg and DPD for heavier ones. Delivery costs depend on weight and are shown at checkout. Life & Looks also ships worldwide, though perfume, aftershave, aerosols and nail polish can only go to UK and Irish addresses. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days once you've had a returns authorisation.
