MyTransfers books private transfers from airports, cruise ports and train stations to your hotel or any other address, and back again. It only sells private rides, so you don't share the vehicle with other travellers, and the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Vehicles range from standard cars and taxis to vans for up to eight people, minibuses and coaches with up to 54 seats, plus VIP cars.
The site is owned by CLEVER TRYP TRANSFERS S.L., a Spanish company based in Palma de Mallorca, which set up MyTransfers in 2018. Its busiest destinations are Spanish holiday airports such as Palma, Málaga, Alicante, Barcelona and the Canary Islands, but it lists airports, ports and stations across Europe and much further afield, from Greece and Turkey to Australia and the Caribbean. MyTransfers acts as an agent for licensed local transport companies, which carry out the journeys.
You can switch the site to pounds sterling and pay in full by card when you book, and on some routes booked at least 20 days ahead there's a smaller deposit option. Changes are free up to 24 hours before the first journey, and cancelling more than 24 hours ahead gets a full refund. There's an app for Android and iPhone and a help centre for managing bookings.
