PAJ GPS is a German company that designs GPS trackers and the software behind them. It was founded in 2011 in Windeck, near Cologne, where its first EASY Finder offered simple tracking by text message. The legal business is PAJ UG (haftungsbeschränkt), and it now says it has more than 120 staff and over 500,000 users in more than 100 countries.
The UK shop sells 4G trackers in pounds, including VAT. There are hardwired and plug-in units for cars, vans and motorbikes, battery-powered trackers with magnetic backs for trailers, machinery and tools, a bike tracker built into an LED rear light, pet trackers for dogs and cats, and small trackers with SOS buttons for children and older relatives. Each one works through PAJ's FINDER Portal app, which shows live location, route history and alerts for movement, speeding or leaving a set area.
The tracker's price covers the device, and a subscription pays for the built-in SIM and the app. On the plans page, the Basic plan costs £10 a month on a rolling basis, or works out at £4.50 a month if you pay £108 for two years. Premium adds a year of route history. GPS trackers ship free in the UK in one to three working days, and you have 30 days to return them.
