BCP, short for Better Car Parks, started in 1978 with a single car park at Gatwick that grew into a 5,000-space operation. In 1991 it set up a booking system to sell airport parking across the country, and it later added Meet and Greet parking, airport hotels and lounges. Q-Park bought the business in 2003, and Holiday Extras bought it in 2007. The website is run by Holiday Extras Ltd.
Today Park BCP is a booking site rather than a car park operator. It compares more than 100 car parks at UK airports, from park and ride sites with shuttle buses to Meet and Greet services where a driver parks your car, plus official on-airport car parks. It also books airport hotels with or without parking, airport lounge passes, port parking at Dover and Southampton, and London parking.
Airport pages list guide prices for an 8-day stay and the customer rating for each car park, so you can see the cheapest and best-rated options side by side. Bookings for parking, hotels, port parking and lounges are covered by BCP Price Protection: if you find the identical product cheaper within 24 hours of booking, it refunds the difference.
