Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Perfect Moment code here comes from Perfect Moment itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Perfect Moment may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Perfect Moment
Perfect Moment started in 1984 in Chamonix, the idea of extreme sports filmmaker and professional skier Thierry Donard. In 2010 the brand was taken over by British-Swiss entrepreneurs Jane and Max Gottschalk, and under Jane's creative direction it became known for fashion-led skiwear with bold prints, bright colours and retro shapes such as its flared ski pants and cropped Polar Flare jacket.
The range covers ski jackets, ski pants, one-piece ski suits, knitwear, base layers and accessories for women, men and kids, plus après-ski clothing. Prices are firmly at the luxury end, with jackets typically several hundred pounds. As well as its own website, Perfect Moment is sold through department stores and online retailers such as Net-a-Porter and Mytheresa.
The UK store is run by Perfect Moment (UK) Limited, registered in Hampshire, and shows prices in pounds. UK orders are sent from a warehouse in Venlo in the Netherlands on a duties-paid basis, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. The company also offers a 24-month warranty on items bought from it or an authorised reseller, a repairs service, and free returns within 14 days through Royal Mail.
Perfect Moment delivery and returns
| Delivery | UK standard delivery costs £3.95 and takes up to 7 business days. Orders ship from the brand's warehouse in Venlo, Netherlands, with taxes and duties included in the price. Ships to more than 70 countries; no delivery to P.O. boxes. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Free returns within 14 days of receiving an online order, using a Royal Mail label created through the returns portal. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Exchanges aren't offered, so reorder the size you need and return the original. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of the return arriving. |
