Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every PrimeCarers code here comes from PrimeCarers itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site, and we use AI to validate that codes actually work. When you shop through our links, PrimeCarers may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to a charity you choose, at no extra cost to you.

About PrimeCarers
PrimeCarers is a UK website that helps families find a private carer for someone who needs support at home. Rather than an agency sending whoever is free, you search by postcode, browse real carer profiles with their rates, experience and reviews, and choose the person you want. Carers on the platform are self-employed and set their own prices.
Before a carer can appear, PrimeCarers checks their identity and right to work, asks for an accepted criminal-record check such as an Enhanced DBS certificate, and interviews them. Families then agree the care directly with the carer, using the platform's written agreement and card payments made after the care has taken place. The site says it is an introductory service rather than a CQC-registered care provider, so families remain responsible for checking a carer's skills suit their needs.
Care on offer ranges from hourly visits and companionship to overnight, live-in and respite cover. The site publishes typical rates: about £20 an hour for visits, from £130 for a sleeping night and from £1,050 a week for live-in care, with its fee already included. There is no deposit or joining fee, and optional managed tiers add help with scheduling. PrimeCarers is run by Helper.Community Ltd, a London company registered in 2017.

How to use a PrimeCarers voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open PrimeCarers in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on primecarers.co.uk.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at PrimeCarers
- Search your postcode first: every carer's rate is shown on their profile before you speak to anyone.
- Book longer visits where you can, as carers usually charge less per hour for shifts of six hours or more.
- Agree mileage, outings and any holiday uplifts in writing before care starts so there are no surprises.
- Only add the optional Managed (5%) or Fully Managed (10%) tier if you need help with scheduling; most families use neither.
- Check whether you could get Attendance Allowance or council funding using the site's free funding guides.
