About Roamic
Roamic is a travel eSIM shop run by Bytetravel S.A., a company based in Sant Cugat del Vallès near Barcelona. Instead of buying a local SIM card or paying your network's roaming charges, you buy a digital SIM online, scan the QR code it emails you, and get mobile data in the country you are visiting. Your usual number stays on your main SIM for calls and texts.
The shop covers more than 190 countries, with single-country eSIMs for places such as Turkey, Japan, the United States, Morocco, Egypt and Thailand, and regional eSIMs for Europe, Asia and South America. Plans are data only and run from 1GB for 7 days up to 50GB for 30 days, with 4G or 5G where the local network supports it and hotspot sharing allowed. Some plans are sold as unlimited: the FAQ explains these give 3GB a day at full speed, then slow to 1Mbps until the next day. UK shoppers see prices in pounds.
Plans start when you first use data, and the eSIM activates automatically 180 days after purchase if you have not used it. If an eSIM bought on the website goes unused, Roamic offers a full refund within six months. You can top up an active eSIM, check your data and manage orders through its MyOzu platform, and support runs around the clock by live chat and email.
