About Ruffians
Ruffians is a barbershop business that opened its first shop in Edinburgh's West End in 2012. The idea was a more tailored, personal service with a relaxed community feel. It now has barbershops in Edinburgh and in Covent Garden, Marylebone and Shoreditch in London, and says it has won 'British Barbershop of the Year' a record three times. Its Marylebone shop also houses Ruffians University, where new barbers are trained.
Alongside haircuts, Ruffians makes its own range of styling and grooming products, which you can buy in its shops and online. The line-up includes styling products such as Matt Clay, Hybrid Pomade, Hair Cream, Beach Fix and Beach Salt Spray, plus Thickening Spray, beard balm, Beard & Hair Oil, a shampoo for hair and beard, and conditioner. Several come in smaller travel sizes, and the beard and hair products share a citrus, cedar and pine scent.
UK delivery is by Royal Mail 24 and costs £3.99, or is free on orders of £25 and over. Ruffians also ships to the US. You can book appointments at each barbershop through the website, and gift cards are available.
