About ScanSkinAI
ScanSkinAI is an online skin-photo checking service run by Ivy AI Solutions Limited, a company registered in London in January 2025, with a further office in Hong Kong. You take or upload a photo of a mole, rash or other patch of skin in your browser or the app, answer a few questions, and get an AI-generated report back in around 30 seconds.
The first scan is free and does not need an account. Paid options are priced in US dollars and taken by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe: a single check costs $4.99, a three-month monitoring plan is $19.99 and a twelve-month plan is $69.99, both renewing automatically until cancelled. An optional written review of your results by dermatology clinicians costs $19.99 with a 48-hour turnaround or $39.99 for an eight-hour reply.
The company describes the service as a screening and monitoring tool rather than a diagnosis, and says it does not replace a doctor. Alongside skin checks it offers an ingredient-label scanner for skincare and makeup, a selfie skin analysis, UV and sun-safety tools, and a Family & Friends option where you buy scans and send a private link to someone else.
