About Scribbler
Scribbler is a British greetings card and gift company that opened on the high street in 1981, founded by John and Jennie Procter. It now has 38 shops across the UK alongside its website, and is run by Scribbler Holdings Limited from London.
The shop is best known for funny cards. Its in-house designers and hundreds of independent artists produce thousands of designs for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, new babies, leaving dos, sympathy and every other occasion, with ranges by recipient, age milestone and style, from cute and floral to traditional and pun-filled. There is also a cheeky and rude range for adults, so it is worth browsing by style if you want something gentler. Everyday own-brand cards are printed in the UK on responsibly sourced paper and sent without cellophane.
Gifts have grown into a big part of the range: Jellycat soft toys, Smiski collectables, Tony's Chocolonely, Baked By Steph and Simply Cake Co treats, diaries, games, socks, wrapping paper and experience days. Standard cards cost £3.99, and you can have a card sent straight to the recipient with a choice of send-on date, which makes it handy for remembering birthdays at a distance.
Scribbler delivery and returns

- Add what you want to your basket on scribbler.com.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.

Ways to save at Scribbler
- Buy cards in fours: the buy 3 get 1 free offer applies to all cards, so stock up for the months ahead.
- Join Scribbler Rewards before your first order, as new members get bonus points worth a free card (they expire after 60 days).
- Use the send-on date to post a card straight to the recipient on the right day, and save on stamps and a trip to the post box.
- Browse by style (cute, floral, traditional) if you want a card without rude humour.
- Use the Gifts by Price filter, which has an under £10 section.
