About SellTo
SellTo is a quick-sale property company based in Manchester. It is a trading name of Boss Realty Limited. It offers homeowners two routes. The first is a direct cash sale, where SellTo or one of its investor partners buys the property, usually within 7 to 28 days. The second is a property auction, where SellTo markets the property, shows buyers round and checks bidders.
For cash sales, the company says it pays up to 85% of market value, depending on the property and where it is, and charges no fees. It also covers solicitor costs if you use the solicitors it recommends. For auctions, it says there are no listing, legal pack or commission fees. It buys houses, flats, commercial and mixed-use buildings, tenanted properties, inherited homes and properties that need work, anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Getting an offer is free and there is no obligation. You get an offer in principle within about 24 hours, then a valuation, then a formal offer subject to contract.
