About Sewing Online

Sewing Online is a Nottingham-based web shop for sewing and craft supplies. It is best known for larger items such as sewing machine tables and cabinets, cutting tables, sewing chairs, machine trolley bags and adjustable dressmakers dummies, but it also sells sewing boxes, craft storage, lamps, fabric, scissors, thread, ribbon, trims and cross stitch, knitting and crochet supplies.

The shop is run by General Merchandise International Ltd (GMI), which was registered in January 2010 and works from a warehouse in Netherfield, Nottingham. There's no shop to visit; orders are taken online, with a phone line and email for questions. Many products carry the company's own brands, such as Sew Ready and Sew Stylish, and some larger items come with a warranty you can activate online.

UK delivery is free on orders over £40 and costs £3.99 below that. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, and a 24-hour service is available on many items for £9.99 by phone. Most items can be returned within 30 days.
