Sky Views Dubai is a high-level attraction in Downtown Dubai, run by Emaar Entertainment, the leisure arm of the developer behind the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It sits at the top of the twin towers of the Address Sky View hotel, about 220 metres above the ground, and looks out over the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road.
A visit starts with a glass lift up the outside of the building to level 52, followed by a spiral staircase to level 53. From there you can walk the glass bridge that links the two towers, take in the views from the observatory, and ride the Glass Slide, an enclosed transparent chute that drops from level 53 back down to level 52. For a bigger thrill there's the Edge Walk, a hands-free walk around a ledge on the outside of the tower's main pod while you're clipped in with a safety harness.
Sky Views is in the United Arab Emirates, so this is something to book for a trip to Dubai rather than a UK day out. Emaar lists tickets from 80 dirhams, and prices on the attraction's own site are in UAE dirhams. Check ticket types, opening times and any age, height or weight rules for the slide and the Edge Walk on the official site before you book.
