Every Snow Rental deal here comes from Snow Rental itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Snow Rental may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
Snow Rental (written Snowrental on its own site) has been taking online bookings for ski and snowboard equipment hire since 2004. Rather than running one chain of shops, it brings together hire shops from several French networks, including Skiset, Netski and Skimium, so you can compare shops in the same resort and book your skis, boots, snowboard and helmet before you travel.
The site covers around 400 resorts and 1,200 shops. Most are in the French Alps and Pyrenees, from Val Thorens and Tignes to Chamonix and Font Romeu, with a good spread in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Andorra and Spain too. You pick a resort, the number of adults, teens and children, and your dates, and the site lists the shops with a 'from' price for your party, the services each shop offers (boot fitting, drying, lockers, repairs) and any current promotions.
The site is run from Saint-Cloud near Paris by Compagnie Française des Loueurs de Skis and its sister companies. It has an English version and can show prices in pounds, but its terms say orders are charged in euros or Swiss francs, so the pound figure is a guide. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to the day before your first day of hire.
| Delivery | Equipment is collected from the chosen hire shop in resort; some shops let you collect the day before your first day. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Free cancellation up to 24 hours (one clear day) before the first day of hire; no cancellation from midnight on the first day. |
| Click & collect | Book online and collect your equipment from the hire shop in resort. |
|---|---|
| Ways to pay | Card payment online, including Apple Pay; orders are charged in euros or Swiss francs depending on the country. |

Usually not: most stores, including Snow Rental, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.
We don't have a first-order code for Snow Rental right now. Sign up for alerts and we'll email you if one lands.
It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Every Snow Rental code here comes from Snow Rental itself: its own daily feed through its official affiliate programme, or its own website. Each offer shows when we last checked it.
Yes. When you buy from Snow Rental through our links, Snow Rental pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order. Minimum £25; anything under that rolls over to the next quarter.
No. You pay Snow Rental's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by Snow Rental or its affiliate network, not by you.
