About Story & Sons
Story & Sons sells everyday products for older people and those living with disabilities, sight loss, hearing loss or dementia. The range covers dementia and talking clocks, talking watches, amplified telephones, dressing and kitchen aids, rollators and walking sticks, health monitors, sensory companions and activities, plus a used and refurbished section.
The shop is run by Ravencourt Ltd, a family company based near Stamford in Lincolnshire that was first registered in 1984, and many products carry the company's own Ravencourt Living name. Its founder says he set up Story & Sons to combine a broad range with personal customer service, and the team offers advice by phone, live chat, email and even video call before you buy.
Many items can be bought without VAT if you qualify for VAT relief, and product pages show both prices. UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and there is a 30-day returns policy.
