SuperTicketLaden is a German-language ticket marketplace for events in North America. It's a resale (secondary market) exchange: tickets are listed by brokers, promoters, businesses and private sellers, and the order is fulfilled by the seller rather than by SuperTicketLaden. The site was launched in October 2013 and belongs to TicketNetwork Inc., a ticketing software company founded in 2002 and based in South Windsor, Connecticut.
The listings cover NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB teams, NASCAR and other motorsport, wrestling and UFC, concerts and theatre, including Broadway shows, the Metropolitan Opera, Cirque du Soleil and the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York. There are also pages for NFL and NBA games in London. Many US sports tickets are delivered by mobile transfer through Ticketmaster or the team's own app, and international express orders go by FedEx.
The site offers a 100% money-back guarantee if tickets don't arrive in time, are refused at the venue (with written proof from the venue) or the event is cancelled; postponed events aren't refunded. Support is by email in German and English. As with any resale ticket, prices are set by sellers and can be well above face value, so compare with the official box office first.
| Delivery | Tickets come as mobile transfer, e-tickets or by FedEx international express, depending on the event. Delivery is guaranteed before the event. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Money back if tickets don't arrive in time, entry is refused (written proof from the venue needed) or the event is cancelled. Postponed events keep their tickets valid and aren't refunded. |
