About That Dog
That Dog is a small British business and the official UK distributor for Truelove, a brand of dog harnesses, collars and leads. It has been trading since 2017 and sells online and to trade customers such as pet shops, groomers, trainers and vets. The team says every product is tried on its own dogs before it joins the range.
The range is built around harnesses: the original Truelove no-pull harness with a front clip, lightweight AirMesh vests, handle harnesses for lifting dogs over stiles, step-in styles and an escape-resistant Tactical harness for deep-chested breeds. Matching collars and leads, lead splitters, coats, boots, grooming brushes and poo bag holders fill out the rest. Each product page has its own size guide, and the shop will advise on size if you send your dog's chest measurement.
Standard UK delivery is free, with paid upgrades to faster Royal Mail services. Every order comes with a 60-day free size swap, and genuine Truelove gear bought from That Dog is covered by a 5-year promise against faults in materials or workmanship. The company is That Dog Ltd, registered in London.
