About The Luxury Closet
The Luxury Closet is an online resale marketplace for designer goods, set up in Dubai in 2012 by Kunal Kapoor. It started with the sale of a single Hermès Birkin and now lists thousands of pre-owned and new pieces from more than 1,000 designers, including handbags, watches, fine jewellery, shoes and clothing. It also buys and consigns luxury items from people who want to sell.
Every item goes through its in-house authentication team before it is listed. The company says this team of more than 15 specialists, including gemologists and leather and textile experts, checks things like date codes, hallmarks, hardware, stitching, serial numbers and watch movements, and looks for after-market changes such as replaced diamonds or repairs. It offers a lifetime authenticity guarantee and a money-back guarantee for any item found to be inauthentic, and watches come with a limited warranty of up to 12 months unless marked otherwise.
There's a UK version of the site that can show prices in pounds, but orders ship from Dubai. UK buyers pay import duty, VAT and admin charges to the courier on delivery, and returns must be requested within three days of receiving an item, on selected pieces only, so it's worth reading the listing carefully before you buy.

How to use a The Luxury Closet voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open The Luxury Closet in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on theluxurycloset.com, or in the The Luxury Closet app if the code is app-only.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at The Luxury Closet
- Switch the site to the UK and pounds, but budget for import duty, VAT and courier admin charges on top, which you pay on delivery.
- Check each listing for 'No returns on this item' before you buy, and if you do need to return something, contact them within 3 days of delivery.
- Read the condition notes and photos closely: items are graded pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
- Orders over USD 1,000 ship free, which can make a bigger piece better value than several small ones.
- Watches carry a limited warranty of up to 12 months unless marked 'No Warranty' in the condition section.
