About Trending Custom
Trending Custom is an online shop for personalised gifts. You pick a design, add names, dates or a photo, and see a preview of your custom product before you order. The range covers Christmas ornaments, mugs, tumblers, fleece blankets, cushions, LED night lights, light boxes, wooden plaques, doormats, shirts and sweatshirts, with collections for birthdays, anniversaries, pets, couples, grandparents and memorial gifts.
The business started in 2019 and lists warehouse and office addresses in San Francisco, Vancouver and Singapore. It is run by CompoundX E-Commercer Limited, the name used on its affiliate programme. Most of its customers are in North America, but its shipping policy says it delivers to the UK as well as the US, Canada, Australia and most EU countries.
Prices can be displayed in pounds, but Trending Custom only charges in US dollars, so your bank may add a foreign transaction fee. UK orders may also need to clear customs, which can add time and, the shop says, extra charges. Because items are made to order, each product has a production time of a few days before shipping, and the shop only replaces or refunds items that arrive damaged, faulty or different from the preview.
