ViaToVia is an online marketplace for pre-booked ground transport. You enter where you're being picked up and dropped off, the date and the number of passengers, then compare vehicles from local transfer companies and pay online. It covers airport transfers in both directions, point-to-point city rides, minibuses and coaches for groups, and specialist trips such as ski, cruise-port, hotel, water-taxi and helicopter transfers.
The company behind it is VIATOVIA GROUP LIMITED, registered in England and Wales in February 2026 with an office in London SW5. It says its network spans more than 190 countries and over 900 airports, with London Heathrow, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Amsterdam Schiphol and Dubai among its most-booked routes. The same platform is sold to travel agencies, hotels and tour operators through an API, so you may also meet it inside other travel sites.
ViaToVia says the price shown includes taxes, tolls and meet and greet, and that tipping is up to you. Drivers track your flight number so the pickup moves if you're delayed. Cancellation terms are set by each transfer company and shown before you book, and payments are taken by card through Stripe. Payment is held back from the transfer company for three working days after the trip, giving you time to report a problem.
